Vehicles for Open-Pit Mining with Smart Scheduling System for Transportation Based on 5G

Abstract: In the Recent times, various technological enhancements in the field of artificial intelligence and big data has been noticed. This advancements coupled with the evolution of the 5G communication and Internet of Things technologies, has helped in the development in the domain of smart mine construction. The development of unmanned vehicles with enhanced and smart scheduling system for open-pit mine transportation is one such much needed application. Traditional open-pit mining systems, which often cause vehicle delays and congestion, are controlled by human authority. The number of sensors has been used to operate unmanned cars in an open-pit mine. The sensors haves been used to prove the real-time data in large quantity. Using this data, we analyses and create an improved transportation scheduling mechanism so as to optimize the paths for the vehicles. Considering the huge amount the data received and aggregated through various sensors or sources like, the GPS data of the unmanned vehicle, the equipment information, an intelligent, and multi-target, open-pit mine unmanned vehicle schedules model was developed. It is also matched with real open-pit mine product to reduce transport costs, overall unmanned vehicle wait times and fluctuation in ore quality. To resolve the issue of scheduling the transportation, we prefer to use algorithms based on artificial intelligence. In addition to four other models we are proposing a decomposition-based restricted genetic dominance (DBCDP-NSGA-II) algorithm, which retains viable and non-facilitating solutions in small areas in order to improve the convergence, distribution and diversity

ABSTRACT:The unprecedented pandemic of 2019 that was COVID-19 of the Health Organization (WHO) has left hundreds of governments precarious around the world. The strain on virtually every nation in the world of the COVID 19 virus, the consequences of which the Chinese alone had previously seen. Along with fear of overwhelming care systems, a large proportion of these countries were compelled, due to lack of resources to resist the COVID 19 outbreak, to partly or completely cut off. Social distancing is essential if viral diseases such as COVID-19 are to be prevented. By reducing close physical contact between people, we reduce the chance of capturing and spreading the virus throughout the community. The pandemic has been rapidly exploited by various research communities since it started and IoT is one of the pioneers in this field, taking advantage of a wide variety of technologies to address this global threat. The IoT system / liable devices / applications are used in the context of COVID-19 to reduce COVID-19 spread to others in early diagnostic procedures, patient monitoring and post-patient recuperation practice of defined protocols. We emphasize here for an Open-CV, Computer Vision and Deep Learning surveillance method to keep track of footpaths and prevent overcrowding. The objects can be detected

A Systematic Analysis and Design of Skin Melanoma Detection System using Machine Learning

Abstract Now a days, skin cancer is well known reason for human death. abnormal skin cells growth is known as skin cancer ,these skin cells generated on human body which ex-posed to the sunlight, it can generate anywhere on the human body. At early stage, most of the cancers are curable. Hence, it is required to detect skin cancer at early stage to save patient life. It is possible to recognize skin cancer at early stage with advanced technology. We describe a novel framework for dermoscopy image identification that employs a deep learning algorithm and an objects encoding scheme. The deep repre-sentations of a rescaled dermoscopy picture, in particular, are first extracted using an unusually deep residual neural network that has been pre-trained on a large natural picture dataset. After that, local deep descriptors are gathered via order less visual sta-tistic characteristics, which are then used to generate a global picture representation using fisher vector encoding. Finally, using a convolution neural network, we used the fisher matrix encoded models to organize melanoma photos (CNN). With limited training data, our suggested system may produce additional discriminative information to deal with big differences among melanoma groups as well as minor differences be-tween melanoma and non-melanoma classes.

Study and Analysis of Copy-Move & Splicing Image Forgery Detection Techniques

Abstract— With use of advanced image processing software’s and tools, it becomes very easy to perform the tampering on original digital images with different intensions. Such kind of image tampering or manipulation is collectively called as image forgery. The main two types are 1) copy-move forgery and 2) image splicing forgery of image forgery. Copy-move tampering is most generally used by attackers in which object of another image is copy and paste in original image in nearly matching areas. Hence to identify such image threats, it is required to automatic computer vision based method which can classify whether input digital image is original or tampered. The image processing based methods are mainly three important phases like as image pre-processing, image features extraction and detection of forged area on image using features extracted. For copy-move forgery detection there are many methods introduced from last 15 years. This all methods are categorized in two main types is active and passive forgery detection methods. This paper scope is limited to study on passive forgery detection methods. In this paper, aim is to present the study on different old methods of image forgery detection using different approaches like DWT (Discrete Wavelet Transform), SIFT, LBP (Local Binary Pattern) etc. The outcome of this paper is to find the current research challenges based on study of different methods of image forgery detection through the comparative study of all recent methods studied.

Abstract There has been a wide development in the zone of advanced picture usage. One of the fundamental problems in this present reality is to judge the genuineness of a particular picture. These days it is anything but difficult to alter and manufacture computerized picture with the progression of the capable advanced picture handling programming and simple accessibility of the apparatuses. The most widely recognized type of picture control systems is the district duplication additionally called as duplicate move falsification where a segment of the picture is replicated and glue to another part in the same advanced picture. To examine such legal investigation, different procedures and technique have been created in the past writing. In this paper will utilize productive calculations in light of Local Binary Pattern (LBP) with discrete wavelet transform (DWT) and principle component analysis (PCA). Firstly, change the picture from RGB to YCbCr by applying Pre-processing. Secondly, Discrete Wavelet Transform is applied above the image for compression. Guess sub-picture contains low recurrence parts having most extreme data. LL sub-picture is separated in covering squares. Thirdly Local Binary Pattern is performed. Fourthly principle component analysis utilized to match between chunks as feature matching. The latest step is support vector machine (SVM) classify to choice which slice is the fake.

Abstract: In today’s world image tampering or digital image forgery are very common with different tools and software available, which many time leads to digital crime and has an adverse effect on business and technology sector. A digital image provides compact and authentic way to convey various secure information. To provide more authenticity to it here A new passive image forgery detection technique is innovated based on Local binary pattern, PCA and DWT i.e. applied on the input picture which results in identifying copy-move splicing etc. Firstly in proposed method the DWT is applied on the picture which will extract feature of the image with the help of LBP then PCA is applied to all blocks of the image for forgery detection. Expected Outcome of the proposed method will be based on True Positive Rate (TPR) and True Negative Rate (TNR).
